The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to extract information from uploaded documents. AI processing is not 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying any AI-extracted data before relying on it.
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google, Telegram). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
