Getting Started

What is Lesia AI?
Lesia AI is an AI-powered personal assistant designed for tour business management. It helps you manage trips, track payments, organize contacts, and stay on top of tasks with ADHD-friendly features like smart reminders and clean, non-overwhelming interfaces.
How do I create my first trip?
After signing in, click "Trips" in the navigation bar, then click the "New Trip" button. Fill in the trip details across the organized sections (Basic Info, Dates, Pricing, etc.) and save. You can always edit later — the app auto-saves your changes.
How do I add people to a trip?
Open a trip by clicking on it in the list. In the trip detail panel, scroll to the "People" section. Click the "+" button to search for and add existing contacts, or create new ones on the fly.

Keep all your clients organized. Each person can be linked to multiple trips. View their full history including payments and communications.

Payment Tracking

Record payments against trips. Track deposits, see outstanding balances, and get reminders for upcoming payment deadlines.

Document Upload

Upload passports, visas, contracts, and booking confirmations. Our AI can automatically extract key information from uploaded documents.

Triggers & Automation

Set up automated workflows: send Telegram notifications when a payment is due, update trip status based on dates, or fire webhooks to external services.

Google Integration

Connect your Gmail and Google Calendar. Trip-related emails are automatically detected, and calendar events sync with your trip dates.

FAQ

How do I set up Telegram notifications?
Go to Settings > Triggers to configure automated notifications. You'll need to set up a Telegram bot and connect it to your account. The trigger builder lets you define conditions (e.g., "trip starts in 7 days") and actions (e.g., "send Telegram message").
Can I customize the fields on my entities?
Yes! Go to Settings > Entity Types and click on any entity. The Schema Editor lets you add, remove, and reorder fields. You can create custom field types (text, number, date, select, file, computed, etc.) and organize them into groups.
How does AI document extraction work?
When you upload a document (PDF or image), you can trigger AI extraction which uses Claude to read the document and extract relevant information like names, dates, booking numbers, and amounts. The extracted data can auto-populate fields on your records.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Clerk (SOC 2 compliant). Files are stored securely on Vercel Blob Storage. We never share your data with third parties except as needed to provide the service.
Can I create public forms?
Yes! Go to Settings > Forms to create public-facing forms. You can build multi-step forms with conditional logic that allow external users (e.g., trip participants) to submit information directly into your system.
How do I export my data?
You can request a full data export by contacting support@lesia.ai. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format (JSON) within 30 days as required by GDPR.
What keyboard shortcuts are available?
The app supports Cmd+S (save), Cmd+Z (undo), and Cmd+Shift+Z (redo) in the record editing panel. More shortcuts will be added in future updates.
